Adam Osegueda holds an advanced diploma in Architectural Technology Building Sciences. He is an associate member of The Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologists.
Adam has been the principal of Osegueda Developments for the past 8 years. He has more than 10 years of experience in the construction industry, including project conception, design development, construction documents, tendering, contract administration and project management. Adam has acted as a construction site supervisor, design consultant, project coordinator, project manager and technical advisor on a variety of projects with different building types from low-rise to high-rise residential complexes, commercial and mixed-use buildings. His specialties include investigating, assessing, designing, coordinating, and administering construction projects related to building envelope, interior and exterior alterations.
