Adam Osegueda holds an Advanced Diploma in Architectural Technology (Building Sciences) and an Ontario College Graduate Certificate in Project Management . He is a Certified Technician (C.Tech.) with the Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologists (OACETT).
Adam has served as Principal of Osegueda Developments for over 13 years, bringing more than a decade of hands-on experience in construction and project delivery. His professional background spans project conception, design development, preparation of construction documents, tendering, contract administration, and full-cycle project management.
Throughout his career, Adam has acted as a Construction Site Supervisor, Design Consultant, Project Coordinator, Project Manager, and Technical Advisor on a wide range of building types, including low-rise residential, high-rise residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
His areas of expertise include:
- Building envelope investigation and rehabilitation
- Interior and exterior alterations
- Technical assessments and condition analysis
- Construction coordination and contract administration
- Project planning and cost control
